We are the "data controller" of the Personal Identifiable Information ("Personal Data" or "PII") we collect about you when you use any of our Products and Services. By using the Website and approving these T&C, the User grants its consent to the terms of use and consent to receiving advertising materials. In each commercial message, there will be an "unsubscribe" option for all commercial messages from the Company.

9. Law and Jurisdiction. The law that applies to activity on Company's Products and Services and the Privacy Policy is the law of Delaware. Exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute regarding the Products and Services and/or the Privacy Policy and anything deriving thereunder is conferred to the competent court in the Delaware
