- +5 years experience in procurement for hotels
- Knowledge in all the do and don'ts of procurements in the hotels industry.
- In your current position you oversee the hotel's purchasing, mainly F&B, FF&E on a daily basis.
- Have deep knowledge on how the procurement work E2E - from chef asking until receiving the goods & the supplier gets his money.
- Experience with Negotiation with suppliers, accounting and more.
- Knowledge in working with Avendra/HSM/SAP/ERP's/Oracle Solutions – Advantage
